Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Expertise in assessment, IEP development, and implementing evidence-based OT interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to student growth

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students
• Document progress, comply with district and legal requirements, and communicate effectively with families
• Support students’ ability to access the educational curriculum through targeted intervention
