Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Expertise in assessment, IEP development, and implementing evidence-based OT interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to student growth
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students
- Document progress, comply with district and legal requirements, and communicate effectively with families
- Support students’ ability to access the educational curriculum through targeted intervention
