Job Description

Three positions are available to impact learners in Setting 3 Autism programs across both primary and secondary levels. Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota teaching license (required)
- Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience working with students on the autism spectrum or in Setting 3 programs preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to shifting caseload needs across multiple campuses
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with general education staff, paras, therapists, and families
- Collect data and monitor student progress, making adjustments as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Foster an environment that promotes independence, self-advocacy, and social-emotional growth
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state special education requirements
