Special Education Teacher - Minneapolis, MN

Three positions are available to impact learners in Setting 3 Autism programs across both primary and secondary levels. Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license (required)
• Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum or in Setting 3 programs preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to shifting caseload needs across multiple campuses
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with general education staff, paras, therapists, and families
• Collect data and monitor student progress, making adjustments as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Foster an environment that promotes independence, self-advocacy, and social-emotional growth
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state special education requirements
