Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active Delaware Occupational Therapist license is required
• Experience delivering OT services in school settings preferred
• Comfortable providing both in-building and home-based support
• Ability to adjust to fluctuating caseloads and diverse student needs
• Commitment to collaborative work with educators, families, and other professionals
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to K-12 students to promote participation in learning and daily routines
• Travel between assigned school locations and student homes as necessary
• Evaluate student needs, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Adapt interventions as caseloads fluctuate throughout the year
