Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong understanding of special education laws and eligibility criteria
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to design and contribute to behavior intervention plans
• Skilled in delivering counseling and crisis intervention when needed
• Previous experience in K–12 settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and support IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide individual and group counseling to students as identified
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and interventions
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) processes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports
• Support crisis prevention and response within the school community
