\nCompensation: $175,000–$200,000 annually

\nThis role supports a high-end, patient-centered dental organization focused on comprehensive, relationship-based care. The Director of Operations partners closely with the Founder to lead day-to-day operations, translate vision into execution, and ensure a consistent, elevated experience for both patients and team members across multiple locations.

\nKey Responsibilities
\nOperational Leadership

- Oversee daily operations across multiple practice locations \n
- Develop and implement workflows, systems, and protocols to improve efficiency \n
- Monitor scheduling flow, staffing levels, and patient pathways \n
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical flow are optimized \n
Strategic Execution

- Partner closely with the Founder to turn vision into actionable plans \n
- Create timelines, processes, and accountability for initiatives \n
- Maintain momentum and follow-through across departments \n
- Filter and prioritize requests to protect executive focus \n
Team Leadership & Culture

- Lead and support team members with clarity, fairness, and consistency \n
- Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews \n
- Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and accountability \n
- Foster a culture centered on excellence, warmth, and patient care \n
Patient Experience

- Ensure a premium, attentive, and consistent patient experience \n
- Oversee front-desk communication, concierge interactions, and follow-up \n
- Address patient concerns and escalations calmly and efficiently \n

Systems & Quality Control

- Build and refine systems for scheduling, communication, and follow-up \n
- Track operational KPIs including case acceptance, cancellations, revenue flow, and team efficiency \n
- Maintain compliance, documentation, and safety standards \n
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships \n
Projects & Partnerships

- Support execution of internal initiatives and special programs \n
- Coordinate logistics for visiting providers, continuing education, and events \n
- Assist with cross-brand or partnership initiatives when applicable \n
Qualifications
\nRequired

- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in healthcare, dental, wellness, medical, hospitality, or related environments \n
- Strong organizational and project management skills \n
- Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities \n

- Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality \n
