Hixson is looking for an experienced professional to guide multi-disciplinary teams—architects, engineers, and interior designers—through all phases of design and delivery for some of the most recognized brands in the world. With projects ranging up to $500 million, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, values collaboration, and enjoys building lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for major industrial, office, and science + technology facility design projects
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying needs and delivering innovative, practical solutions
\n
• Coordinate and direct internal multiple-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
\n
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
\n
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases
\n
• Work proactively to anticipate and resolve project challenges
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• BA/BS, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
\n
• Professional licensure (PE, RA, PMP) is a plus
\n
• 5–10+ years of project management experience with large-scale industrial or commercial facilities
\n
• Strong understanding of contracts, cost estimating, scheduling, and the design/construction process
\n
• Exceptional client management skills with a track record of building trusted relationships
\n
• Ability to travel up to 20%
\n
