Experienced Electrical Assembler
Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday)
Location: Waukesha, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Experienced Electrical Assembler for our manufacturing client in Waukesha, WI to start immediately at $23+ per hour, based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret prints, harness drawings, and work instructions
- Build first articles and write work instructions
- Strip wires, remove cable jackets, crimp terminals, and insert terminals into connectors
- Solder wires, tie-wrap, and assemble electromechanical subassemblies
- Utilize hand and power tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and soldering irons
- Assemble box builds, control panels, and wiring harnesses
- Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Work seated or standing, with bending as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in reading blueprints and harness drawings
- Able to read a ruler and count accurately
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Prior experience in wire stripping, crimping, and soldering
- Reliable transportation and safety consciousness for first-shift work
