Job Description

The Superintendent will lead on-site construction activities for multifamily property projects in Miami. This role focuses on ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards. Description Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project objectives. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project plans. Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
