We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team across multiple locations in Florida. As a key member of our patient care staff, you will provide direct nursing care, support, and advocacy for patients while ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and administer treatments, medications, and procedures as prescribed.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
\n
• Monitor patients progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on health management, wellness, and post-care instructions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality protocols.
\n

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Florida or eligibility for licensure.
\n
• Proven experience as an RN in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting.
\n
• Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
\n
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, etc. a plus).
\n
