Do you love premium Coffee &
\n Tea? Do you want to work for a socially responsible, guest service driven
\n company? The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® General Manager curates memorable
\n experiences for our guests and the CBTL team daily. We are seeking
\n friendly, dedicated, and creative Barista’s to provide our guests with the
\n world’s finest quality coffee and tea experience. As a member of our team, you
\n will have the opportunity to engage with the clients while developing your
\n skills in a variety of areas across the business. Many of our General Managers
\n started off as Baristas!

What
\n you will Measure and Blend:

\n
• Lead
  \n by example. General Manager is a leader/advocate for your team by driving
  \n profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through
  \n coaching and training.
\n
• Be
  \n a coffee & tea expert. You bring the passion, we provide the training, and
  \n you share it with the team and guests providing a Total Quality
  \n Experience.
\n
• Generate
  \n new guests. Many guests shop online these days; however, the store is where we
  \n meet many of our guests for the first time.
\n
• Care
  \n about safety. Safe store environment, healthy employees and guests are our
  \n number one priority.
\n
• Contribute.
  \n General Manager to manage a profitable store by tracking sales and overseeing
  \n the day to day operations and risk management. Help the store with tasks, ideas
  \n and support store growth operationally.
\n
• Be
  \n Creative. Visual merchandising and product placement to create memorable
  \n experiences for the guests.
\n
• Be
  \n an advocate. As the face of CBTL you will build the store presence by
  \n connecting with your local community to attract & retain fresh talent.
\n
• Be
  \n a Mentor. General Manager will mentor an Assistant General Manager as well as
  \n other store staff by knowledge sharing and embodying CBTL guiding principles.
\n
