Your Qualifications:
- Active state teaching license with Special Education endorsement/certification
- Experience working with children or youth with varying learning abilities
- Strong knowledge of IEP process, instructional adaptation, and data-driven instruction
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Adaptable and resourceful problem-solver
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized lesson plans and instructional activities
- Administer and track student progress through formal and informal assessments
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to evaluations, and communicate progress with families and staff
- Partner with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to ensure inclusive practices
