Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from PreK through 5th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly PreK-5th grade, preferred
- Proficiency in school-based and/or teletherapy settings
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience or willingness to provide supervision for an SLPA is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to PreK–5th grade students
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Utilize both in-person and virtual platforms to provide effective intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and a full-time on-site SLPA for support
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
- Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide guidance or supervision to the SLPA as needed
