What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for or active CA Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • School-based SLP experience or interest in working within a school setting
  • Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload with varying needs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to K-12 students with speech/language needs
  • Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to each student
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Monitoring progress, keeping up with documentation and compliance requirements
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to positive student outcomes across grade levels
