Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility) required prior to start date
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and creating individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based therapy plans
• Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain all necessary records in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Provide both individual and group therapy, adapting methods to diverse student populations
