Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility) required prior to start date
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and creating individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement effective, evidence-based therapy plans
- Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain all necessary records in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Provide both individual and group therapy, adapting methods to diverse student populations
