Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience with a strong background in Oncology; Med-Surg Oncology experience is highly preferred
  • BLS certification (required)
  • OCN certification (preferred)
  • Excellent patient assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to Oncology patients, performing assessments, administering medications and chemotherapy, and monitoring for side effects
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatments, symptom management, and post-discharge care
  • Maintain detailed records and adhere to facility and regulatory protocols
