Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
- Valid Audiologist License for California
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to promoting equity and access for all students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for students, identifying those in need of support
- Develop and implement individualized audiology intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create effective strategies for students’ success
- Provide staff training on hearing technology and accommodations
- Monitor and maintain hearing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Serve as a resource on auditory health within the school community
