Family Law Attorney

Our client is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle divorce, custody, adoption, and support matters, with trial experience in Common Pleas and Superior Court preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage family law matters including divorce, custody, adoption, and support cases.

• Represent clients in trial proceedings at Common Pleas and Superior Court levels.

• Provide legal counsel and develop case strategies for domestic relations matters.

• Assist with estate administration matters as needed.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting firm growth.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law.

• 3+ years of family law/domestic relations experience preferred.

• Trial experience in Common Pleas and Superior Court.

• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
