Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing exceptional, evidence-based care to elderly individuals in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional capabilities and needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's requirements.
• Implement interventions aimed at enhancing activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, cognitive function, and safety.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care within our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in geriatric care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Working Conditions
