A well-established manufacturing company in southeast Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead operations on the production floor. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving team performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to meet production goals.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report key metrics to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree require and bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
  • Familiarity with production equipment, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
