\nOur Client is looking to add an HVAC Project Manager to their growing team.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion. \n
- Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. \n
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. \n
- Oversee material procurement and equipment delivery schedules. \n
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality assurance. \n
- Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction. \n
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and communication. \n
- Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and forecasting. \n
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. \n
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial HVAC industry (5+ years preferred). \n
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and industry standards. \n
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. \n
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.). \n
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. \n
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, or similar) are a plus. \n
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. \n
