We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to join a cohesive team at a state-of-the-art GMP Manufacturing site in Norwood, MA. In this role, you will play a key part in producing mRNA-based medicines for clinical trials. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of lab support experience strictly within a GMP-regulated laboratory environment.
- Autonomy: Documented GMP laboratory experience and a demonstrated ability to work independently within tightly regulated processes.
- Workplace Structure: This position is 100% site-based and requires being full-time on the client's site. This role is not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities
The Individual will perform inventory management, equipment maintenance, and other lab support activities within the GMP QC Bioassay Labs. The Quality Control Technician may perform projects as assigned.
Here's What You’ll Do
Perform routine inventory check and place orders / reservations for laboratory supplies in SAP
Order and receive supplies
Perform laboratory and equipment cleaning
Assist QC Associates with testing preparation and setup
Compile documents for archiving in document control
Sample Disposal
Perform general laboratory support activities including equipment maintenance and housekeeping
Perform additional laboratory activities as requested
Follow all relevant GxP regulations, guidelines, and company policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Execute tasks precisely as defined in internal guiding documents including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Follow Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity requirements to ensure data, documentation, and records are completed and maintained for use by the business and available to support audits or inspections.
Complete training in assigned required learning plan according to the defined timing and the prescribed requalification cadence.
