Banking Services Specialist
Job Description
An established financial institution is seeking a dedicated Banking Service Specialist for a hybrid position in Troy, MI. In this role, you will support high-value private banking clients, assess risk premiums using automated and manual systems, process transactions, and deliver top-tier client service in alignment with quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
- Process policy transactions and issuances across multiple systems, including POS, PMS, ACT, Policy Creator, Microsoft Excel, and iBank.
- Determine risk premiums using automated and manual evaluation methods.
- Accurately document call details in the CRM system and collect feedback through Voice of the Customer initiatives.
- Execute account maintenance requests in Core Systems, including address updates, stop payments, internal transfers, and debit card orders.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience working in a banking or financial institution setting.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce

- Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour based on experience
- Hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days per week in the Troy, MI office.
