Home Infusion Pharmacist - Jonesboro AR

RPh on the Go, has partnered up with a closed door pharmacy in Arkansas that is searching for a Home Infusion Pharmacist to take on a contract to hire role.

Duration: 3–6 months, contract to hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Every 3rd weekend rotation

Requirements:
1+ year of current IV pharmacy experience
Active, clear Arkansas Pharmacist license
Strong clinical knowledge with ability to interpret lab results
Flexible and willing to support multiple pharmacy functions as needed

Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform IV order verification for accuracy, safety, and clinical appropriateness
Review and interpret patient lab results to support clinical decision-making
May assist with sterile compounding / IV preparation in the cleanroom as needed
Ensure compliance with USP <797> standards and sterile processing protocols
Provide clinical oversight and pharmacist-level review of IV therapies
Support additional clinical pharmacy duties as assigned
Collaborate with pharmacy team members to ensure timely and accurate patient care
Maintain documentation and compliance with all regulatory and facility requirements
