In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a caseload of seven elementary-aged learners, each requiring individualized support and tailored educational strategies. Qualifications:

• Valid Kentucky Special Education certification, including Moderate/Severe Disabilities (MSD) credentials
• Proven experience working with elementary students with moderate to severe disabilities
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven instruction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing classroom community

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and interventions aligned with students' IEPs
• Adapt curriculum and classroom activities to meet diverse needs
