Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification to teach Special Education

• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and goal setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide instruction and support tailored to students’ unique abilities and learning styles
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers and support staff to ensure student success
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on progress and challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
