Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Proven experience working in a special education setting, K-12 preferred
• Demonstrated skill as an ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) Facilitator
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities with staff, students, and families
• Ability to develop and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Up-to-date knowledge of federal and state special education laws and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students’ individual needs and abilities
• Facilitate ARD meetings for the development, review, and termination of IEPs
