Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
• Manage an inclusion mild to moderate caseload.
• Conduct evaluations, maintain documentation, and monitor student progress.
• Develop and implement IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Caseload

• Elementary School

• Approximately 40–45 students
• District prefers a newer SLP-CCC due to the supportive nature of this caseload.

Compensation

• $55–$60 per hour, based on experience.
