Key Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license required
  • Accepting SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
  • Previous experience in a school environment is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of students across various grade levels (K-12)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Offer consultation and strategies to classroom teachers
  • Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with school policies and state guidelines
