Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OT) in California
• Previous school-based OT experience or strong interest in educational settings
• Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities for managing evaluations, documentation, and interventions

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services onsite to students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success and independence in the classroom
