Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Current Arizona state Occupational Therapy license required
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be active and presented at application)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Passion for supporting students across various developmental stages (PreK–8th grade)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students with various needs across PreK–8th grade
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support student progress
- Consult and train school personnel in strategies to help students succeed
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities
