Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Florida TVI License
• Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) Certification
• School-based experience highly valued, but not required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel between multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative services to K-12 students with visual impairments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans
• Travel between up to 13 schools, working with approximately 15–20 students
• Foster independence and provide adapted instructional materials
• Collaborate with other educational professionals and family members
• Manage documentation and participate in ongoing onboarding and compliance
