Job Description

Qualifications:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Passion for helping students achieve their physical and academic goals
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, helping them build mobility, strength, and independence to improve school participation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs and IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and other related service providers to optimize student outcomes
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Educate students, families, and staff on adaptive techniques and best practices to support student engagement within the school setting
