\n In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. \n Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment improvement activities on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
    • \n
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and control system issues.
    • \n
  • Support maintenance and repair of deposition coating chambers, polishing equipment, and production tools.
    • \n
  • Complete and document work orders, equipment modifications, and improvements using Fiix (CMMS).
    • \n
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs, maintenance, and service needs.
    • \n
  • Order replacement parts and maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables.
    • \n
  • Support facility maintenance activities, including HVAC, plumbing, infrastructure, and building systems.
    • \n

\n Schedule: Mid shift\n
\n
    \n
  • Must be flexible to work different shifts, including weekends.
    • \n
  • Must be available to work within operating hours of 5:00 AM–10:00 PM.
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Pay: $26.00-$39.00 per hour (depending on experience)\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 3–5 years of equipment, industrial, or technical maintenance experience.
    • \n
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and control systems.
    • \n
  • Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation.
    • \n
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • \n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking systems.
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach.
    • \n
  • Ability to work in production environments, tight spaces, and at heights using proper safety equipment.
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work around manufacturing equipment, noise, vacuum systems, and chemical-handling areas.
