\n We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Saw Operator/Cut to Size Technician to join a manufacturing team in Arlington Texas. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for accurately cutting and preparing metal and other materials to specified dimensions using a variety of machinery and measuring tools. Your expertise will ensure precision, quality, and efficiency throughout the fabrication/assembly process.   • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and standards to ensure accurate cuts for steel assemblies.
    • \n
  • Use hand or electric tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality of finished parts.
    • \n
  • Maintain safety standards by properly handling equipment such as forklifts, press brakes, and other tools while adhering to all safety protocols.
    • \n
  • Perform quality inspections on cut parts to ensure compliance with specifications; identify and rectify any discrepancies or defects.
    • \n
  • Assist with fabrication tasks including assembly, tooling adjustments, and material handling as needed to support production flow.
    • \n

\n Requirements: \n
\n
    \n
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. (1+ Years)
    • \n
  • Hands-on experience with welding (Flux Core), sheet metal fabrication, or press brakes is a plus.
    • \n
  • Ability to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, hand saws, and other machining tools effectively.
    • \n
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to cutting processes.
    • \n
  • Knowledge of safety procedures involving forklifts, cranes, and other heavy machinery in a manufacturing setting.
    • \n

\n Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Summer Hours 6AM-4PM)\n
\n
\n Pay: $18-$22 depending on experience\n
\n
