About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Lithia Springs, GA. In this role, you will work closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans designed to improve behavioral, social, communication, and adaptive skills.

The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact on children and families through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing behavioral evaluations

  • Analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies as needed

  • Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians

  • Provide parent education and guidance to support consistency in behavioral interventions

  • Develop strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavioral outcomes

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination

  • Support the development of communication, social, and adaptive living skills in clients

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

  • Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

  • Experience in parent education and behavior management

  • Educational background in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and analyze behavioral data

  • Knowledge of early intervention techniques and evidence-based ABA practices

  • Passion for supporting children and families in achieving positive outcomes

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities

  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
