LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator for our clients' team to support both accounting and office administration functions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily business operations, and providing professional front-office assistance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is easily accessible
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees as needed
  • Assist with additional office projects and administrative duties as assigned by leadership
Accounting & Finance Support
  • Manage daily Accounts Receivable activities including billing, collections, and cash application
  • Process Accounts Payable transactions, including invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor communications
  • Support bookkeeping functions to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with ongoing accounting tasks and financial administration activities
Qualifications
  • Accounting experience required; relevant work experience or accounting education will be considered
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams
Pay/Benefits:
  • $40,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
