What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day support for key aerospace customer accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Troubleshoot quality, delivery, compliance, and supply chain issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and program performance related to long-term customer agreements.
- Maintain customer schedules and program information through customer portals.
- Interpret sourcing information and technical documentation to obtain supplier quotations.
- Prepare and provide customer quotations while ensuring compliance with applicable intellectual property and regulatory requirements.
- Expedite critical customer orders and coordinate with vendors to meet delivery commitments.
- Review customer purchase orders, contracts, and terms and conditions.
- Coordinate customer return requests and help resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate program status and critical information to customers and internal stakeholders.
Required
- Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
- Proven experience in aerospace program/account management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- High school-level mathematics proficiency or higher.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience within aerospace distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
- Working knowledge of AS400 or similar ERP systems.
- Experience managing aerospace contracts, customer portals, or government-related requirements.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
