A growing organization in the transportation and supply chain industry is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations and customer service activities in Dublin, OH. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you will coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, and help ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute transportation plans for inbound, outbound, and intercompany shipments across multiple markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers while supporting capacity and load coverage needs
- Monitor transportation activity, track shipments, and proactively address potential service disruptions to ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status, scheduling, and operational updates.
- Manage transportation-related documentation, system updates, and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with customer service, operations, and accounting teams to resolve shipment issues, support freight payment inquiries, and identify process improvements.
- At least 2 years of experience working within supply chain, transportation, or freight-related operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- 6-month contract assignment with potential for extension
