ORDER PROCESSING COORDINATOR
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking adetail-oriented Order Processing Coordinatorwho enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment. The role offers hands-on exposure to air and ocean shipments, international factory coordination, order accuracy, reporting, and internal systems. Candidates who are organized, accurate, and comfortable following established procedures can build valuable experience in logistics, transportation, and import/export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging and coordinating air and ocean shipments from factories in Japan, the Philippines, and future factory locations to U.S. facilities or customer locations.
- Entering shipping orders and submitting required information to factories for export and import processing.
- Coordinating communication between manufacturing teams overseas and U.S. sales teams to support timely order fulfillment.
- Verifying pricing, part numbers, and order details in order processing systems to ensure accuracy.
- Providing administrative support to supervisors and managers, including reports, follow-ups, and special projects.
- Supporting account follow-up activities, including delivery control, price control, registration, forecasting, and system updates.
- Pay Range: $22 to $23 per hour. DOE.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Torrance, CA.
- Schedule:During training, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. After training, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
