Maintenance Technician- Up to $30/hr DOE!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing client to start immediately up to $30/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diversified maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
  • Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.
  • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and plant systems.
  • Perform basic machinist work and routine mechanical repairs.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and technical documents to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Replace, rebuild, or repair defective parts and make necessary adjustments to restore equipment performance.
  • Perform plumbing, carpentry, and welding tasks as needed.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Identify faulty operations, defective materials, and unusual conditions, and report them to supervision.
  • Follow all environmental, safety, and housekeeping standards, including proper waste handling and clean work practices.
  • Complete all required documentation, records, and training in a timely and accurate manner.
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Schedule/Shift Details: Day Shift
  • Monday-Thursday, 10am-8pm

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and industrial equipment.
  • Exposure to PLCs and HVAC systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to analyze information and enter data accurately.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to lift or move up to 65 pounds.
  • Willingness to work on the manufacturing floor full time and follow required PPE/safety standards.
