Eastlake company looking for 1st shift Production Workers! EVERYTHING is trainable!!
1st 7 am to 5 pm, mon thur, OT fri/sat till 3 pm
Pay rate $17.60hr staring
GENERAL JOB DETAIL
Produces manufactured parts by programming, setting up and operating a rotational molding machine, maintain quality and safety standards, keeping records, maintaining equipment and supplies
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Programs by entering instructions, including zero reference points, setting tool registers, compensation, calculating requirements, including math basics
Verifies settings by first-run parts and sample work pieces, adhering to company standards
Maintains specifications by observing rotation, temperature, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting, adjusting and reprogramming controls, replacing worn molds, adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Maintaining equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturers instructions, troubleshooting and calling for repairs
Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical manuals
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Other duties as assigned
