Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher.
- More than a year of dedicated experience working with Exceptional Children in an educational environment.
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
- Exceptional communication skills, collaborating effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Committed to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom culture for diverse learners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that address each student’s unique needs and learning goals.
- Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families to ensure consistent support for each student.
- Provide differentiated instruction in both small and large group settings.
- Monitor student progress, collecting data and adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records for compliance and ongoing student assessment.
