Ideal candidates bring experience in school-based SLP services, pediatric care, or teletherapy, and are comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or pursuing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your expertise will help students achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in school settings, pediatric care, or teletherapy preferred
  • Eligibility for or current ASHA CCCs; CFYs are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively serve a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a primary caseload of 19 students, with the potential to include speech improvement cases
  • Provide speech and language assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct therapy services
  • Focus primarily on K-4 students, with a few middle schoolers included
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive educational environment
