Job Description
Kickstart the 2026-2027 school year by stepping into a dynamic role supporting elementary students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade. This contract opportunity offers the perfect blend of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing school psychologists to truly make a difference in students’ lives while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The assignment begins August 6, 2026, and wraps up May 20, 2027. If available, participation in a psychology team meeting on July 29th is encouraged.
As a valued member of a dedicated educational support team, you’ll assess and address student needs, including those with behavioral challenges. This position offers a hybrid schedule, blending two remote workdays with three days onsite each week, providing both structure and flexibility.
Key Qualifications:
- Current license as a school psychologist
- Experience with elementary student populations (pre-K through 5th grade)
- Demonstrated ability to support behavioral needs in a school environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working both on-site and remotely
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school policies
