Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience in school settings is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive rapport with students, families, and school personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across various grade levels.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, progress reports, and IEP meetings in accordance with school and district standards.
• Provide direct and consultative services, both individually and in small groups.
