Our client Seeking an experienced paralegal for high-end divorce/family law litigation requiring white-glove client service.

Qualifications:

• Prior matrimonial experience.

• 3+ years litigation paralegal experience

• Billable time tracking and activity entry

• NYSCEF & EDDS e-filing (NY + Connecticut)

• Discovery management (demands/responses organization)

• Statements of Net Worth/Financial Disclosure Affidavits

• Child Support Calculations

• Trial preparation (witness/exhibit selection)

• New York CPLR knowledge

• Court/opposing counsel interaction

• Independent worker; communicative/transparent

Preferences:

• Divorce/family law litigation experience

• ABA-accredited Paralegal Certificate

• Case flow/staff management experience.
