Sign-On Bonus Information

Bonus Amount: $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with over 2 years of acute care experience. New graduate RNs may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Note: Eligibility and payout conditions apply, and specifics will be discussed during the interview.

Compensation Overview

Hourly wage ranges from $37.00 to $51.28.

Shifts available are 12 hours, primarily during the day.

Key Responsibilities

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, patient-focused perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process while working closely with the interdisciplinary team.

  • Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to any clinical changes.
  • Maintain a safe and sterile environment while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee and assist OR Technicians and support staff.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and unit projects.
  • Facilitate efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training:

  • Must possess a current and valid state RN license.
  • Hold a current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it.
  • Obtain a current ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and keep it updated.
  • Acquire a current PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it.
  • At least one year of prior perioperative experience or relevant on-the-job training.
  • CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification is preferred.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Compensation Transparency
