LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Mesquite, TX area to hire a Credit & Collections Specialist. This opportunity is with one of our valued clients and offers the chance to support accounts receivable operations, collections, credit review, and customer account management in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections and maintain assigned customer accounts.
- Review customer orders and assist with credit-related decisions.
- Resolve billing disputes, payment issues, and account discrepancies.
- Monitor aging reports and collection metrics.
- Partner with sales and internal teams on delinquent accounts.
- Review orders on credit hold and support account resolutions.
- Send past-due notices and conduct collection calls.
- Maintain accurate account records and collection activity documentation.
- Provide reporting on receivables and delinquent accounts as needed.
- 1-3 years of collections, accounts receivable, or credit experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with great attention to detail.
- Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office
- Monday-Friday
- Flexible hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime as business needs require
