\n As a General Laborer in the Welding Department, you'll support the production of premium fitness equipment used in commercial gyms, training facilities, and homes across the country. You'll work alongside welding robots to prepare materials, finish parts, and keep production moving efficiently. \n As a General Laborer, you will:\n
\n
    \n
  • Support the welding department by preparing materials and moving parts throughout production
    • \n
  • Grind, clean, and finish welded components
    • \n
  • Load, unload, and stage materials for fabrication
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
    • \n
  • Assist welders and production staff with daily manufacturing tasks
    • \n
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
    • \n

\n
\n Schedule: Monday - Thursday\n
\n 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Pay: $20.00 per hour\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n As a General Laborer, you need:\n
\n
    \n
  • Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • \n
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day
    • \n
  • A dependable work ethic and positive attitude
    • \n
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
    • \n
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus, but not required; we're happy to train motivated individuals.
