Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Specialty Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for both light industrial and specialty-skilled positions. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by both recruiting success and business growth. This role has a pay range of $20-25/hr based off experience.
In addition to sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent, this role will support client development efforts through proactive outreach, relationship building, and assisting with sales activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging both candidates and clients while delivering exceptional service to each.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement and onboarding.
Recruit for light industrial, skilled trades, professional, and specialty positions across multiple industries.
Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful placements.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to identify hiring needs and business opportunities.
Partner with Branch and operational leadership to support business development initiatives.
Develop relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to better understand workforce challenges.
Promote staffing solutions and recruiting services while providing exceptional customer service.
Assist in generating job orders and expanding business within existing accounts.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workforce planning discussions as needed.
Meet recruiting activity, placement, and fill-rate goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and client requirements.
Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to maximize customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline activity, and market insights.
1+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions experience preferred.
Experience recruiting within light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, skilled trades, or specialty staffing environments preferred.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Comfortable making outbound sales and client development calls.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Business development or staffing sales experience.
Knowledge of labor market trends and recruiting strategies.
Experience supporting both temporary and direct hire recruiting.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Proven ability to achieve recruiting and performance goals.
Consistently fills open positions with qualified candidates.
Builds strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill specialty roles.
Creates new client opportunities through proactive outreach.
Maintains high fill rates and customer satisfaction scores.
Partners effectively with operations and sales teams to drive growth.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
